I specialize in working with adults and teens who have ADHD, high-functioning autism, trauma, anorexia, bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder (BED) and other eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety and depression. I provide individual and family counseling services for eating disorders as a part of an integrated treatment team of clinicians, dieticians and doctors. I also work with couples and parents who need support. Life is difficult enough. It can become overwhelming when struggling with mental health challenges. Let me help you on your journey. You do not have to manage it by yourself. I believe in creating a safe space for my clients to explore issues that may be painful and to promote healing. It is my job as a counselor to walk as a partner with my clients on their healing journeys. I provide tools and support to help my clients on their journeys, while honoring their individual experience.
