As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (MD) and Licensed Professional Counselor (VA), I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. Drawing from CBT, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered Therapy, I help clients explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also integrate Mindfulness and Somatic practices to enhance self-awareness and holistic well-being.
