Therapy is a beautiful thing! Throughout life we may experience various challenges, lows, and stressors that negatively impact our mental health. That is part of being human. At times, this can be too difficult to handle on our own. It is helpful to work through these issues with someone who will provide empathy and unconditional support without judgment. As a therapist, I provide a safe, warm and comfortable environment to work together in resolving various issues and life challenges. I believe in meeting the client where they are at, with an emphasis on self-determination.
