Of course, sometimes life can be difficult. And for some of us, life has been difficult all along. Psychotherapy has the potential to not only address the difficulties that we experience but also has the potential to help us find a way to integrate healing so that we may experience joy and vitality again - or maybe even for the first time. I am happy to work with individuals, families and couples who are interested in exploring and understanding how they may be able to heal wounds, create stability and forge new and meaningful paths and/or relationships in their lives.
