I’m Dr. Elisabeth O’Rourke, Site Director at MindWell Psychology’s Albany location. I specialize in CBT and ACT for children, adolescents, and emerging adults, supporting anxiety, phobias, depression, OCD, tic disorders, behavioral challenges, and executive functioning difficulties. I also work with clients managing co-occurring medical and mental health conditions, including FND and PANS/PANDAS. I take a strengths-based, individualized approach, using mindfulness, values exploration, and self-compassion to build coping skills and meaningful growth.
