I am passionate about supporting clients to build self-esteem and create healthy relationships with self and others, starting with connection to their own bodies. I frequently work with adolescents, emerging adults, and LGBTQ+ clients. I work with clients dealing with anxiety and depression, gender dysphoria, and complex trauma. Together, we navigate issues including grief/loss, sexuality and gender, and relationships to reconnect with joy, dreams and goals. I use an empowerment and embodiment lens to uncover the impact of social identities, and support clients in listening to their inner wisdom.
