I have a history of working with children (7+), adolescents and adults utilizing modalities that include person centered and strength-based approaches. Some other forms of therapy utilized include CBT, Art Therapy and cinema therapy. I have worked with those who experience, challenges with traumas, behavioral challenges, mood disorders (depression, anxiety), self-esteem, ADHD, Anger Management, and grief/loss. I have also worked with populations who have experienced the juvenile system, foster care and adoption.
