The clients I work with are often people who are searching for a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and to process challenges ranging from overwhelming anxiety, navigating the complicated feelings of grief and loss, body-image and self-esteem issues, self-harm and suicidality, and deeply-rooted traumas. My clients often seek understanding of why they deal with the emotional or behavioral issues they experience and want relief from these patterns. Many of my clients come to me unsure of what they want out of therapy, but just know that they need help in some way.
