About
Mind in Motion Psychotherapy provides somatic, Polyvagal theory-informed therapy for adults who are sober or sober-curious and seeking deeper nervous system healing. Many people find that while sobriety creates important stability, it does not automatically resolve anxiety, depression, overwhelm, or patterns of emotional shutdown. My work focuses on what remains held in the nervous system once substances are no longer the primary regulator. Clients often come to therapy feeling clearer yet still dysregulatied -caught between heightened anxiety and numbness, or struggling to feel grounded, connected, and present in their bodies.
