Hello, my name is Elisabeth T. White, LMFT. I have been working in the world of mental and behavioral health for nearly 20 years. I focus on the use of DBT skills and somatic psychology to navigate areas such as substance use, depression, anxiety, and codependency. I tend to work with older teens, young adults, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, as well as other addictive patterns, and relational conflict. I work very hard at being transparent, mindful, and steady. I tend to build strong relationships with my clients because, in the end, the relationship is curative.
