As a relational therapist, I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families repair and strengthen the connections that give life meaning. I’m here to hold your multiple truths, experiences, and needs with care and curiosity. I aim to create a therapeutic space where we can gently explore the patterns you may feel stuck in and make sense of how they developed. Together, we’ll work toward new ways of connecting that feel more genuine and sustainable. I have a particular interest in working with clients who are navigating life transitions, processing grief, and breaking harmful cycles.
