I am a compassionate, Harvard-trained, telehealth clinician in NY's Hudson Valley. For nearly 30 years I've worked with people to make changes at home, at work, and in how they see themselves. Life can be hard, but good change can happen. We'll make a plan to make the changes you want, using your ideas and experiences, and telehealth will feel as though we're in the same room.
