I practice client-centered, psychodynamic therapy with individuals, couples, and groups to address symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship dysfunction, and/or addiction. I employ integrative, strengths-based approaches to assist individuals in coping with current manifestations, and exploring and resolving issues which may have evolved circumstantially, temporarily presenting a barrier to an otherwise strong sense of overall well-being.
