I am a clinical social worker with post graduate training in classical and relational psychotherapy. I work with people dealing with depression, anxiety, body image issues, self esteem, money, career, and trauma. Together we will explore the factors keeping you stuck in repeated patterns of relating. One goal is to be able to have new experiences and discover places within yourself that may be yet unknown. Some pain is inevitable. We cannot change the past but by becoming more conscious, we become better equipped to make choices that aid in transformation.
