I have 10+ years of experience as a therapist with people in entertainment. Artists and entertainers face the unique pressure of honoring their vision while also trying to please their audience. This alone presses on issues around people pleasing, knowing when to fight for a vision, and learning to trust the "self". I work with people to connect to their genuine curiosity rather than judgement to understand their motives, their needs and what keeps getting in the way. I use a mix of modalities including solution oriented therapy to work toward concrete goals and concrete change.
