Are you a working parent struggling to balance life's many demands? Are you grieving the lack of a "village" in your life, or re-experiencing childhood wounds since becoming a parent? You may find yourself needing to sort through old stuff you thought you'd resolved in order to feel more present and at peace with your life. As both a working parent myself and a board member/therapist trained through Postpartum Support International, I deeply empathize with and enjoy supporting folks navigating this complex season of life. I also specialize in EMDR, which helps the brain’s natural healing process by strengthening its adaptive networks. In other words, literally getting “unstuck” from painful memories. In addition to weekly sessions, people from all over the country travel to my office for 3-day EMDR Intensives, a full course of treatment in just 3 days for expedited results.
