My practice is deeply rooted in liberation and social justice principles, with careful attention to the social, cultural, historical, and political power dynamics that shape our experiences. Through thoughtful dialogue, creative exercises, and motivational interviewing, I support clients in exploring your unique strengths, challenges, patterns, and hopes.
