My goal is to help people live a healthy, hopeful, and emotionally balanced life through professional counseling. I highly value the power of the therapeutic relationship and have an authentic ability to meet clients where they are. I believe individuals can best grow when they are in an environment of genuineness, acceptance and empathy. I am committed to providing a safe and comfortable atmosphere, where clients of all ages can explore the challenges they are facing. I use a combination of techniques, drawing from attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based and client-centered technique to meet my clients where they are and walk with them through the process of creating positive change. I believe we are more willing to deal with problems when we feel respected and encouraged.
