Hi! I'm Elise. I utilize an integrative approach to counseling, incorporating an experiential mind/body/spirit approach, somatic modalities, mindfulness, & parts work into our sessions to help you reach your goals and deepen your connection to yourself. All of our work takes place within a neurobiological and attachment theory lens. I specialize in working with PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety and depression.
