Together, we will be curious about your thoughts, feelings, relationships, and history aiming to shed light on experiences that may have been challenging. By building self-knowledge, we will take a careful look at patterns that emerge within your life and work through some that may not serve you. Primarily working with individuals who have experienced some form of grief and loss, I value meaning-making, working through existential distress and anxieties, and finding comfort throughout this difficult and meaningful process.
