Elise is passionate about supporting individuals who are struggling in the perinatal or postpartum period, struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, perfectionism, codependency, relational stress, poor sleep, low self esteem and overall life dissatisfaction. Elise supports clients on their journey from a holistic, somatic, internal family systems, mindfulness, relational, and trauma-informed approach.
