You may have tried counseling before and felt like it didn't work or heard about someone else's bad experience. I believe that there is no cookie-cutter way of providing therapy and no client is the same. My ideal client is one who is willing to do the work during and in between sessions. I will challenge you, make you cry, make you laugh and empower you throughout your journey of healing and building the confidence in yourself. My work with clients includes using out of the box thinking and methods while applying integrative techniques from EMDR, Cognitive-behavioral, Dialectical, motivational, strength-based, mindfulness stress reduction, and person-centered therapies to fit each clients individual needs for greater possibilities of success and positive outcomes.
