I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with experience working with youth, adults, couples, families, and veterans. I provide services to diverse populations from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, primarily offering mental health care through telehealth. I assist individuals and families dealing with a range of issues, including trauma and loss, goal-setting, developing healthy relationships, and adjusting to life changes. Sessions with me can last Sessions with me from brief to longer-term with a full focus on overall improvement in quality of life and satisfaction. I customize my interventions to address the needs of the client and their family, integrating solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and structural family therapies. This means that your experience working with me is tailored specifically for you. I don't believe in the concept of "one size fits all or most.
