We can work together to improve your mood, strengthen your relationships with friends and family, and increase your confidence, skills, and abilities to cope with distressing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Across my career I have worked with people living with disabilities, veterans, people involved with the criminal justice system, those in substance use recovery, and others that had painful childhood and relationship experiences that transformed their perceptions.
