Hi, my name is Elisha Manning. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with passion for helping individuals learn healthy ways to cope, communicate, set boundaries, and process trauma. I have experience working with individuals with complex trauma, substance use, and a wide variety of mental health diagnoses. My approach to therapy is to create a supportive, safe environment for growth and partnership. My approach to therapy includes CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT techniques.
