Modern living can be filled with joys and opportunities, as well as burdens and stressors. Some people face barriers that interfere with achieving goals and pursuing the lives they want. Some have lost their internal compass and struggle to move forward in the face of loss or struggles with mental illness. My goal as a clinician is to help my clients live fuller, healthier, and more meaningful lives through helping them cope with their challenges and find ways to access their internal strengths.
