I respect why people seek therapy. Work begins with the truth of their stated problem. People describe undesirable patterns in career/work and relationships. I help people connect current problems to deficits or traumas in early life, or situations that interrupted their own early development. I help people discover, talk about, and grieve these early situations. The therapeutic action is the exploration of the link between early situations and the current problem. I help people create new experiences of themselves in work, everyday stressful situations, and in love relationships. The outcome: freedom to create a satisfying life and future.
