I have noticed that the conversation with my ideal client often starts off with the words, "I have tried therapy before but it didn't work for Me or I need something more than talk therapy..." Or, "This is my first time trying therapy..." My integrative approach to the therapeutic journey is one of co-creating connection, the building of awareness through embodied experiences, integration of the past/unprocessed experiences, and trusting my client's innate healing process.
