I am an empathic listener and help you work towards identifying areas of focus, obtaining your individual goals, striving, working and pushing yourself to be better in your own way. 413 Therapy Group works with adults and teens. Our therapists have a wide range of experience working with issues of relationships, behavioral issues, forensics, PTSD, trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression, addiction, greif and loss, etc. We look forward to speaking with you about your healing and growth.
