About
Hello! I am an LCPC licensed in MD and PA. I specialize in working with adults who are neurodivergent and may have gone unrecognized or unacknowledged due to their ability to mask their traits. My focus includes helping those who experience anxiety, depression, and issues with self-esteem. Many of my clients also struggle with social anxiety or panic attacks, feelings of overwhelm, depression spirals, and impulsive irritable reactions. Often, my clients feel a sense of unhappiness or dissatisfaction from denying their true selves and conforming to external expectations. Together, we focus on leveraging strengths and practicing self-compassion. I teach communication skills and foster the ability to see things from different perspectives, which is beneficial in my work with couples.
