You don’t need to have life all figured out to start therapy. Many of the teens, young adults, and men I work with feel anxious, stuck, or unsure of their direction. Whether you're navigating identity, motivation, relationships, or life transitions, I offer a space where you can be heard, supported, and challenged to grow. I bring warmth, curiosity, and energy to the process. My approach is eclectic and grounded—I draw from ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and existential perspectives to meet each client as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. We’ll explore patterns, build emotional flexibility, and move toward the life you want with greater clarity and courage.
