Eliza uses collaborative therapeutic techniques to develop a more fulfilling thriving life experience. Eliza has a Master’s Degree from Antioch University in Clinical Psychology. She has at least five years of experience helping people with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, mental health disorders, and daily stressors. She has worked with a variety of cultures and populations, including children and teens, the LGBT+ community, people with disabilities.
