I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in helping children, adolescents, and adults overcome anxiety, OCD, and related challenges including social anxiety, phobias, panic disorder, and misophonia. Using evidence-based treatments like ERP, ACT, and CBT, I create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel heard and supported. I earned my PhD from The Catholic University of America and completed specialized training at Baylor College of Medicine's OCD Program. In addition to in-person services at The Arete Center, I offer virtual therapy for individuals located in PSYPACT participating states.
