About
I have extensive training in empirically-supported treatments including mindfulness and acceptance-based CBT and ACT for the treatment of anxiety, depression, and emotion regulation. I see adults (21+) but I am a specialist in treating older adults (65+) with difficulties related to anxiety, relational or situational stressors, depression, aging/retirement, changes in cognitive functioning, PTSD, caregiver stress, grief, and insomnia. I have two years of postdoctoral training with the ERP specialists at Hanover CBT treating OCD and find it rewarding to help clients struggling with these symptoms. I additionally find it immensely rewarding to work alongside family members and holistic care teams and offer in-home visits to geriatric clients struggling with behavioral issues, trauma, mood disorders, or changes in cognition. I hope to meet a need in the Upper Valley to assist the aging population with access to mental health care and consultation.
