I typically work with teens and adults experiencing eating disorders or disordered eating, depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress. I have both lived and clinical experience with those conditions, and I help clients to build skills to manage symptoms, navigate life challenges, and find self-compassion and confidence moving forward. We will work together to find the right plan for your individual concerns. You are the expert of your own life and my role is to highlight your inherent worth and power.
