I am licensed for telehealth in Illinois and Iowa. I often work with individuals who have been gifted with a lot of empathy for others but struggle to offer this compassion to themselves. If you would describe yourself as an “over-achiever”, “perfectionist”, “people-pleaser” or “workaholic” who is constantly striving to become “the best” version of themselves, even if it never feels like enough, I may be a good fit for you. I primarily work with anxiety, trauma, CPTSD, PMDD, and sensory overload or overstimulation, but I also enjoy offering a sense of connection that can be hard to find in this world. There are so many places in life where we may feel we have to mold ourselves to fit the expectations of others. I don't believe in therapy being another one of those places. You deserve to have at least one place and one relationship where you can truly be yourself and know that your thoughts and feelings matter.
