I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and I’ve been doing this work since 2011. Over the years, I’ve learned that therapy doesn’t have to feel formal or heavy all the time—sometimes the best insights come from a little humor, creativity, and real conversation. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I really respect anyone willing to take that first step toward change. Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care.
