My role as a therapist is to provide an environment of safety, trust and mutual respect for each individual I work with. I am committed to supporting improvement in your quality of life. Effective counseling can assist you in developing an awareness of personal strengths, clarifying problems and arriving at solutions. Your active involvement is an important component in changing behavior, thoughts and feelings. I currently have a wait list, please email me if you would like to be on my wait list. I use a variety of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and skills to help you explore individual growth, change and to encourage the discovery of true hope, healing, peace and joy. I am EMDR trained. I am Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) trained. Both EMDR and ART can reduce or eliminate the emotional pain associated with trauma.
