When alchemized, pain is an incredible fertilizer for growth and exciting change. It can help people connect with their vitality, spirit, and capacity for joy and appreciation. However, it isn't fertilizer if you're trying to figure out your suffering alone; in that case, it can make one feel stuck or depressed.
