Currently providing services in person or through Telehealth: I am experienced in helping people with a variety of issues including: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, substance abuse (co-occurring disorders), anxiety and depression, grief and loss, and self-esteem. A wide range of treatment methods are used including, cognitive behavioral, trauma informed care, behavior modification, and EMDR Therapy. I work hard to create an accepting environment to help nurture the therapeutic process.
