My primary goal is to create a safe environment where clients can openly discuss their concerns while feeling supported and grounded. I specialize in working with teens, emerging adults and adults navigate through life's many changes and challenges. I incorporate behavioral techniques such as CBT and mindfulness and treat individuals experiencing an array of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self doubt, relationship issues and life transitions.
