As a mental health counselor, I believe in meeting people exactly where they are on their own journeys. Life can be overwhelming, messy, and full of moments that leave us questioning ourselves and how to take the next step. My hope is to be someone you can talk to openly and honestly, without fear of judgment or needing to filter your feelings. With a degree in Psychology with concentration in sociology and experience working with individuals from various backgrounds, I've learned the importance of creating a space where people feel truly heard and seen.
