I have been in the human services field for the past three decades, helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. During this time, I have maintained a private practice and/or provided EAP services in addition to a full time career. My approach to therapy services is based on nurturing a trusted partnership with my clients and outlining strategies together to achieve goals the client has set for themselves.
