Welcome! I'm Elizabeth, and I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can reflect, heal, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity in who they truly want to be. Together, we’ll work to heal from past wounds, find solutions, and build lasting strategies to navigate life’s challenges. My approach to therapy is very eclectic and person centered, meaning I draw from many different modalities to meet your needs while keeping your individuality at the forefront of our work. Ultimately, my role is to meet you where you are and champion your efforts in exploring your own strengths and resiliency.
