My priority is to create a comfortable, person-centered environment that feels both safely challenging and deeply supportive. I believe in allowing clients to move at their own pace, meeting them with empathy, respect, and nonjudgmental understanding. I work with individuals across all ages and backgrounds, with a particular focus on LGBTQIA+ clients, those navigating substance use issues, and trauma recovery. I also have extensive experience supporting children, teens, and families through various life challenges. My mission to help individuals develop healthy coping strategies and confidently navigate life’s challenges.
