I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families in crisis. My goal is to assist individuals with managing their trauma recover from negative self-talk and messages instilled in childhood that contribute to unhealthy relationships. I work a lot with my clients to develop assertive communication skills as well as appropriate boundary setting.
