I’m Elizabeth, or Liz for short. I am experienced in working with trauma. This is a commonly used word and there are many definitions for it. What I mean is that I help people who have gone through events in their lives, whether singular or reoccurring, that have caused parts of their personality to separate from other parts. This could be experienced through relational conflict, addictive tendencies, dissociation, sex, drugs, procrastination, a lack of motivation, inner conflict, anxiety, and difficulty sleeping or eating. My approach is somatic and relational, working with what shows up in the present moment. View 5 Photos I am a people person and have always been driven to help people solve problems. My dream is that we are all able to eat well, sleep well, play well, and work towards things that bring us more joy in our lives. Relationships are very important to me and I value my relationships with my clients.
