I work best with clients who are ready to make changes to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing. I have interest and expertise in working with multiple medical conditions and with health care providers and those in training to become HCPs. Our meetings will be active, lively and productive while we work toward lasting improvement. We set goals for treatment collaboratively, identifying the factors that support resilience and adaptive functioning and work to enhance these in service of a rich and meaningful life in all domains.
