As a clinical psychologist, I work with people of all ages helping them navigate the inevitable challenges of life by creating a space for them to understand and honestly talk through their thoughts, feelings and possible blindspots. Common presenting problems are depression, anxiety, distractibility, divorce, self-esteem and relationships. Therapy focuses on nurturing and cultivating one’s strengths while also identifying patterns of behavior and thoughts that might need to shift. We live in a fast paced world with a steady stream of messaging, leaving many feeling disconnected from themselves and others.
