I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with families, children, adolescents, and adults on issues ranging from relationship issues, anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and PTSD. I live in Arizona with my husband and two children. I enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather and hiking outdoors. My approach to therapy is tailored to the needs of my clients and their families.
